Editor’s Note: NJ TCG Show has since rebranded to The Big Show Card Show.
For the first time, NJ TCG Show hosted a mall-wide trading card festival at Bridgewater Commons on August 9 & 10 with 160+ vendors bringing the best of the best from TCG sets like Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, and Bandai’s Gundam! Being a mall show, there was no admission fee which gives you the opportunity to freely shop across two levels of the mall… There were even a couple of empty shops that were taken over with even more cards & collectibles. What a sight to behold!

From the mall’s center court (above) to almost every hallway of the main and lower levels (below), you’ll find TCG singles, graded slabs, sealed products, apparel, art, enamel pins, Funko Pops, video games, custom collectibles, and so much more. It was a great way to preview the caliber of an NJ TCG Show for free so that you know what to expect at their more frequently held paid events. And with dining options built into the mall, along with countless other existing shops, it truly was an all-weekend affair without having to leave the premises.

The official hours of the event were 10am-4pm each day but deals were happening even beyond that, all throughout the mall: trades being made in the food court, ripping purchases in the parking lot, and even an after-hours trade night! All the while a DJ was spinning tunes, NJ TCG Show had their exclusive products out, and you could meet a Labubu mascot for photos on Sunday. Bridgewater Commons truly came alive like never before:

Until news of another mall show, stay tuned on NJ TCG Show’s page for other events. Their final summer show will be at the Bridgewater Marriott on August 24, with additional shows already scheduled for the fall & onward. And here’s our video recap from the first NJ TCG Show mall event as well:
